BASIC FAQ

No late entry permitted. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure you have time to check in and get settled on your mat.  We kindly ask all clients to be mindful and make space for others before class begins. A little extra effort to shift mats and create room ensures that everyone can practice comfortably.


LATE CANCEL / NO SHOW POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS: PLEASE CANCEL 8 HOURS IN ADVANCE FOR CLASSES 8A OR EARLIER AND 4 HOURS FOR CLASSES AFTER 8A. NO SHOW FEES ARE $20 PER CLASS. LATE CANCEL FEES ARE $10 PER CLASS.

Waitlisted Classes: If you are on a waitlist for a class and do not plan on attending, please remove yourself from the waitlist according to our No Show policy. When added, you will receive a text message confirming. You are added to the class regardless of your response to the text. If within the late cancel window and you are unable to attend, you MUST send a text message to 916.659.6959 to notify the front desk and be waived of fees.


What app should you use to book classes?  Please download the Momence app to book classes.


What is required to attend class?  For liability purposes, we do need a complete Client Profile, including photo.  Pre-registration is recommended.  Valid credit card required for all pre-registration.  Walk ins allowed as space permits.


Please keep your belongings (including cell phones) in the cubbies. Please don't bring into the class room.  Cell phones must be silent or off.  Please do not place personal belongings in the P2O Store.


Do I neeed shoes?  Remove your shoes prior to entering the Hot Room. Shoes are optional in other classes.  We do recommend shoes for TRX Fusion, Strength & Conditioning & P2O BURN.  You may run!


 

Please DO NOT leave during class or before Shavasana is complete. Shavasana is part of your 60 minute class and not considered optional.  If you MUST on the rare occasion leave early – please set up near the door, advise the instructor prior to class, and exit quietly.  If you are regularly attending a class time that you need to leave earlier than the end of class, please find another class time that suits your schedule better and will allow you to attend the full class.


If students are looking for mat space prior to class, please be willing to readjust your mat.  Please refrain from talking in the Hot Room. Many students use the time before class to quietly meditate and center themselves as they prepare for class.


Please avoid heavy perfumes. Wear deodorant! Keep feet clean. Clean feet are happy feet!  Please wear appropriate clothing. 


Drink plenty of water throughout the day before coming to class. Proper hydration supports the healthy function of all of your body’s systems, and it makes the heat feel comfortable rather than overwhelming.  Avoid heavy meals two hours prior to class.


Stay with the movements to the best of your ability. Follow the direction of the instructor.  If you need to modify – please do so, but try to stay in the same basic positioning as the rest of the class.  This helps to avoid distraction to other students. Ask questions either before or after class, but not during the class.


What should I bring to class?  A yoga mat, a towel, and water are required. If you don’t bring, mat and towel rentals are available for $2 each. We also sell a variety of drinking products – only water is permitted in the training rooms.
